Short-Term Disability

The Hartford; 1st day coverage for accident, 8 day wait for illness coverage; benefit is 60% of your gross wages

Long-Term Disability

1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

The Hartford; Coverage starts at 90 days; benefit is 60% of your wages until age 65.

Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance

The Hartford; Benefit payable is two times your annual salary for each of Life and AD&D insurances.

UNUM provides supplemental insurance to help with costs that come with experiencing an accident.

Voluntary Critical Illness

UNUM will pay a lump sum benefit at the diagnosis of a covered illness. You choose the level of coverage from $5,000-$50,000.
